Kori Kostka, BSc. MHSc.
Hi, I’m Kori Kostka, Registered Dietitian & Mindful Eating Coach. I’m a mom, dog mom, partner, and book lover living and working on the lands of the Mississaugas of Scugog Islands First Nation, as well as other Mississauga and Chippewa Nations. With over 18 years of experience and a Master’s in Health Science, my practice has evolved from acute care medicine to primary care and beyond.


My passion lies in nutrition therapy, counseling, and coaching non-diet practices rooted in Health At Every Size®, anti-oppressive principles, Neurodivergent-affirming care and traumainformed care. I’ve witnessed firsthand the harm caused by diet culture and want to help those open and willing to break free from its grasp.
My journey began with witnessing patients’ struggles with body shame and disordered eating, realizing the need for a different approach. I heard similar stories of anxiety, restrictive eating, and fear of food. This led me to seek teachings from incredible leaders in the weight-inclusive space, ensuring my values aligned with my practice.
It was a journey of learning, unlearning, and growth – a lifelong commitment to anti-oppressive nutrition therapy. I want my kids – you and yours – to nourish their bodies with joy, move freely, and cultivate a positive relationship with food. Having faced my own health challenges, it was through mindfulness and intuitive practices that I learned to nourish my body and trust its wisdom. Now, I aim to help a million people reconnect with their nourished bodies.
